This B&B has a splendid location with unique view from the rooms on the marina. The furniture is modern and stylish. The reception of the B&B is open 24h a day. You can easily get free parking nearby at the Piazza Marina.
The bathroom wasn't well maintained and they didn't clean the bathroom at all during our 2 nights stay. There was no familairy, warm, italian-like atmosphere at all; it felt more like a hotel than like a B&B.

I always choose this place for my stay, no regrets. The staff helped me find my way and it suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and more amenities. Coming back for business trip.

Large room - sitting area with a lounge.
No lift service and the b&b is on the first floor - with heavy luggage, this is not a great option. Also, entry to the building is via a heavy door and you have to step over the outer door - not so easy for travellers.

Friendly, helpful people and cleanliness.
Awful noise from the traffic until about 0200.

The rooms have a nice view of sailboats and are kept clean. The staff provides great service and the basic amenities are satisfactory. The location is fantastic, right by a busy dual carriageway, making it easy to reach Palermo’s wonderful sights and explore the beautiful island of Ustica. The breakfast is also enjoyable, with a choice of items and a dining room that offers a perfect view over the docks.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

We spent our Easter holiday in a quaint B&B in a bustling city. the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast served in-room was a nice touch. We particularly liked the fact that the B&B was located within walking distance to all the historical areas and restaurants. the rooms were cute and comfortable.
We found that the street noise was bothersome, and the shower floor was not as clean as it should have been. the instructions for "free parking" were misleading, and it was challenging to find parking on the busy public streets during the holiday season.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a nice view of the sailboats in the marina. The breakfast offered a simple but satisfying selection of yogurt, toast, and croissants to start our day.

Great location, right in the heart of the city, close to the main street and with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast selection was good and offered a nice range of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries.
The noise from the busy street outside could be heard throughout the night. The room could have been cleaner, some areas were quite dusty.
